About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Commercial Driver to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles. The role supports AutoZone’s customer-first service by delivering parts safely and on time, communicating professionally with customers and store teams, and helping maintain efficient delivery operations. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. The driver also loads and unloads merchandise, collects returns and parts, processes customer payments, stays informed about products and promotions, and reports vehicle issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet AutoZone driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Must be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous automotive retail experience.
• A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear, professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to support team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Meet delivery time and accuracy goals while following company policies and processes.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts safely and on time to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and according to company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report issues.
