About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a full-time Commercial Driver to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. The role supports AutoZone’s customer-first service by providing professional automotive assistance, maintaining reliable delivery operations, and working collaboratively with store personnel and commercial accounts.

The driver also handles scheduled loading and unloading, returns and pickups, payment transactions, and vehicle upkeep. The position requires safe driving and compliance with company fleet and PPE policies. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with AutoZone driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Must be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Must have full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers; provide clear, professional automotive advice and offer installation services.
• Coordinate with store personnel and commercial accounts to support teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals and following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to make safe, timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and according to company policies.
• Stay informed about promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report issues.
