Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking Commercial Door Service Technicians for doors and door related products in Winston-Salem and the surrounding areas. Technicians will service a wide variety of door related products and hardware, including working with local Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. The role aims to provide safety, security, and peace of mind to businesses. Job seekers with a background in construction labor, electrical work, carpentry, installing and servicing products, and mechanic experiences typically do well in this job.

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. independently; the ability to bend, climb, and stand for an extended amount of time.
• Experience using power tools and hand tools is required.
• Must be mechanically and technically inclined.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• 1 -3 years of construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and perform maintenance requests on commercial doors and door hardware.
• Identify opportunities to sell and quote products/services to customers.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that the job site is clean and clear of debris.
• Provide excellent customer service on every job.
