LockNet is seeking an experienced Commercial Door & Hardware Supervisor to join our Architectural Door & Hardware Solutions team! The ADHS Supervisor is a lead level role, carrying a team of 7 to 8 Project Managers as direct reports and serving as the primary coaching, accountability, and operational oversight layer between the PM team and the ADHS Manager. This is a working supervisor role, so alongside leading your team, you'll maintain active ownership of a defined set of accounts, keeping your skills sharp, modeling best practices, and providing a training platform for new hires. Using strong professional communication skills when challenges arise, this Supervisor builds strong relationships both internally and externally by generating solutions and delivering feedback. Staying customer focused, a successful Supervisor interacts with customers, vendors, and peers with honesty and respect. LockNet is growing fast, so adapting to change and thriving in a rapid growth environment will be the 'keys' to success! This role is primarily remote or hybrid per LockNet policy, will be required to be onsite for the major employee appreciation events, and for any onsite required trainings as needed.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of project management experience in the architectural door and hardware industry, or a closely related commercial construction / Division 8 environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ADHS product lines: hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, access control, and related specialty products.
• Proven ability to manage projects end to end, including job setup, hardware scheduling, submittals, PO management, change orders, delivery coordination, billing, and closeout.
• Experience managing or mentoring others, with a demonstrated ability to hold people accountable and develop performance.
• Strong customer communication skills. Responsive, professional, and able to manage difficult conversations without unnecessary escalation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with job management or estimating software platforms.
• An assertive, direct communicator who can hold a position, push back respectfully, and make a call when needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 7 to 8 Project Managers, conducting regular 1:1s, setting clear performance expectations, and holding the team accountable to LockNet standards.
• Monitor individual and team metrics, including job completion rates, billing accuracy, submittal timeliness, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective action before issues escalate.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback in the flow of daily work, recognizing strong performance and addressing underperformance directly.
• Support the onboarding and ramp-up of new PMs, teaching ADHS systems, workflows, customer expectations, and LockNet processes.
• Maintain direct ownership of a portfolio of accounts (approximately 15 to 20% of the role), managing projects end to end from job setup through closeout.
• Serve as the department's first point of escalation for customer issues, scope disputes, and delivery problems.
• Pilot new customer accounts, establishing the right internal process and transitioning each account to a PM once it's running smoothly.
• Conduct quality reviews of team output and develop corrective training or process adjustments to address recurring error patterns.
• Partner with Sales Engineers during account handoffs, and coordinate with Service and Managed Projects on shared accounts and overlapping scopes.
