Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial or residential loan documentation, or relevant experience from a commercial title insurance company or as a paralegal in a banking-focused law firm.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory matters, along with perfection and recording requirements.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to calculate loan amortization.
• Proficiency in various software and tracking systems.
• A personal mobile device is required for system sign in and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality reviews of loan documentation and supporting due diligence, ensuring compliance with loan approvals and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform both post- and pre-closing reviews, verifying that all documents are accurate, complete, and consistent with established credit policies.
• Provide exceptional support to internal departments by resolving inquiries and identifying discrepancies.
• Act as a consultant to lenders, guiding them on documentation and recording questions.
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
