You will travel the country, working on everything from lakes, dams, and bridges to potable water tanks and underwater construction. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Commercial Dive School Diploma from an ADCI accredited program
Valid Dive Physical (completed within the last year)
Valid CPR, First Aid, and O2 certification required
Current ADCI Diver/Tender card
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Execute high-standard cleaning, detailed inspections, structural repairs, and routine maintenance across diverse job sites.
Function effectively both as an independent operator and as part of a crew, including providing direction and support to teammates on site.
Follow all OSHA, company, and industry safety protocols and regulations to mitigate hazards for yourself, your dive team, and clientele.
Maintain clear, professional, and ongoing communication with dive crew members, management, and office staff regarding project status, schedule shifts, and safety issues.
Operates in challenging, high-intensity environments-including working at elevated heights, inside confined spaces, and performing demanding physical labor (climbing, hoisting, crawling, squatting).
Timely and precise completion of electronic paperwork, including daily logs, dive logs, and additional work reports for internal review.
Maintain readiness for extensive, year-round travel and adapting seamlessly to varying regional climates, site dynamics, and demanding field conditions.
