About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of MCI vehicles and Ford and Chevy mini buses. This role is essential in minimizing service disruptions and supporting safe, efficient transportation for staff and clients. Our motorcoaches and mini buses are some of the nicest vehicles driving the roads today. As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the vehicles serviced and running smoothly. Requirements
- Own tools
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be teachable, learn new skills, and diagnose problems
- Skills in repairing and servicing heavy equipment engines, transmissions, brakes and electrical systems
- Maintaining accurate records
- Computer skills
Nice To Haves
- CDL license is a plus
- HVAC qualifications
- Familiarity with JPro or other software programs
- Fleet Technician Certification from an accredited program (or working towards one)
