About The Position
Join our outstanding Tampa-based team, where you will lead client communications and commercial demand planning activities while ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in connecting clients, supply planning, and operational delivery. This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain, demand planning, contract manufacturing, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with SAP and/or IBP systems, or the ability to quickly develop expertise in demand planning tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate KPIs, and identify actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage client demand forecasts in SAP/IBP, providing updates on delivery timelines, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers, Commercial teams, and Supply Chain stakeholders to align on demand planning and execution.
- Lead regular client meetings, creating productive environments and delivering actionable insights.
- Support S&OP and long-range business planning processes with data-driven analysis and reporting.
- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, backlog, and contract adherence, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement.
- Contribute to master data management activities and work toward becoming an SME in IBP and demand planning systems.
