Analyze applications to determine investigation needs, including potential fraud or misrepresentation. Leverage relationships to effectively maintain consistent decisioning standards based on commercial credit indicators and key business metrics. Maintain a sales and relationship mindset to ensure high levels of dealer and customer satisfaction drive Dealer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives.
