Under general supervision, the building cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
Must be reliable, able to work at a fast pace, and detail-oriented
Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor directions
High school diploma or GED required
Must have dependable transportation
The physical requirements of this position include walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repeating cleaning motions; utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies; lifting up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Commercial cleaning experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties.
Cleaning offices/work areas, emptying trash and replacing liners, cleaning windows/windowsills.
Vacuum, dust/sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
Clean and maintain supplies in restrooms - ensure that facilities are sanitary and stocked for use by clients.
Maintain clean and orderly janitorial closets.
Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor directions
Follow building or customer-specific health and safety protocols
