As a key team member, you will keep local business properties fresh, hygienic, and organized.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable personal transit to reach the Bay City job site on time.
• High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to complete tasks independently.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25-30 lbs throughout a 4-hour shift.

Nice To Haves

• Prior janitorial experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Disinfect restrooms, employee breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces like handles and light switches.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep tile or hardwood, and mop hard surfaces throughout the facility.
• Empty garbage and recycling cans, replace bags, and transport trash to designated disposal areas.
• Keep paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap dispensers fully stocked, informing your supervisor when inventories run low.
• Follow established safety protocols and proper cleaning chemical handling guidelines.
