About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Commercial Custodian to keep our client facilities in Bay City looking their best. This position provides a structured and predictable routine you can count on, whether you want to supplement your current income, stay active, or work independently in a calm environment. As an essential member of our team, you will ensure local business facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Reliable personal transportation to travel to the Bay City job site daily.
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs consistently across a 4-hour shift.

Nice To Haves

Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required as complete paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surface areas such as door handles, light switches, and counter tops.
Vacuum carpeted areas, sweep tile or hardwood surfaces, and mop hard flooring throughout the facility.
Empty trash cans and recycling bins, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal locations.
Maintain adequate stock of essential paper products, hand soap, and hand sanitizer in all restrooms and break stations, reporting low stock to your supervisor.
Adhere strictly to company safety standards, proper cleaning procedures, and chemical handling guidelines.
