About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This full-time role focuses on handling insurance policy renewals while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have some prior insurance experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Requirements

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is required (any lines of insurance are acceptable; Property & Casualty preferred).
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal training and supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a busy and evolving work environment.
  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused demeanor.
  • Comfortable working in a smaller or newer office setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Active insurance license is preferred but not mandatory.
