The Commercial Credit Analyst in the Corporate Banking Department is responsible for the underwriting and credit analysis of various loan types, including Corporate, Commercial Real Estate, Middle Market, and ABL loans, to determine their feasibility and credit risk. This involves evaluating and reviewing comprehensive loan packages, financial statements, tax returns, appraisal reports, environmental reports, and other supporting documentation to ensure compliance with credit, underwriting standards, and lending/credit policies. The analyst prepares Credit Approval Memorandums (CAM's) for presentation to the relevant approval authority committee. The role requires continuous interaction with Relationship Managers (RM's), Agent Banks, and customers to provide transaction status updates, address discrepancies, and resolve problems or concerns. Additionally, the individual will assist the Corporate Banking Department with matters related to loan policies and procedures, quality control, loan review, and underwriting. The position demands independent work with minimal supervision and the ability to meet established deadlines.
