About The Position

K&D Factory Service, a company with a long history of servicing commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment, is seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (Hot side) to join their team. The company serves various institutions including restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes across Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position for experienced technicians with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry
• Strong Knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines
