Requirements

Prior commercial carrier experience required.
Proven success building internal and external partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and resilience.
Valid driver’s license (company pool car may be provided).

Nice To Haves

3+ years of construction casualty underwriting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the sales and underwriting process for complex construction accounts.
Build strong, lasting relationships with agents and brokers, ensuring The Hartford is their carrier of choice.
Drive strategic planning and operational excellence.
Manage account stewardship and renewal strategies.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the team.
