About The Position

We're hiring commercial construction laborers who show up on time, work hard, and take pride in a job done right. If you want steady full-time hours, weekly paychecks, a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, and a crew that backs you up, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• 6+ months of construction experience (commercial preferred, residential considered)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather
• Comfort with common construction hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to job sites (locations vary)
• Strong attendance record and on-time arrival, every day
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work well on a team

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Forklift, scissor lift, or boom lift experience
• Flagging, scaffolding, or concrete experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stage materials across active job sites
• Prep sites and assist with demolition, cleanup, and daily housekeeping
• Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Support skilled trades - carpenters, electricians, concrete crews - as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Follow all site safety procedures and report concerns immediately
• Communicate with supervisors and crew to keep projects on schedule
