About The Position

At Fiorilli Construction, we're seeking a hands-on, quality-driven Shop & QC Foreman who can move seamlessly between the shop, field, and project leadership. This role is ideal for a strong trade professional who takes ownership of quality, can lead crews in the field, and ensures that materials, tools, and execution are always aligned with project goals. Requirements

Strong hands-on carpentry and general trades background
Ability to read plans, understand scope, and support estimating
Proven leadership in field, shop, or trade environments
Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety standards
Experience supporting multiple projects or crews
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

Reviewing schedules and coordinating with superintendents.
Ensuring the shop, tools, and teams are ready for execution.
Reading drawings, confirming material needs, and helping estimate and control costs.
Organizing inventory and maintaining equipment in the shop.
Overseeing quality and safety compliance in the field.
Ensuring OSHA standards and company expectations are met.
Leading execution by directing carpenters and trade crews through punch list work.
Ensuring production stays efficient and high-quality.
Removing bottlenecks that slow progress.
Managing warranty work, diagnosing issues, developing corrective action plans, and supervising repairs.
Managing warehouse organization, tool and material control, vehicle readiness, and shop upkeep.
Tracking inventory and ensuring accountability of company assets.
Communicating updates and documenting progress.
Aligning with leadership.
Preparing shop, field support systems, and teams for the next day's success.
