Requirements

10+ years leading large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish
Proven leadership skills that motivate and develop high-performing teams
Proficiency with project management tools and industry software
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational expertise

Responsibilities

Lead complex commercial projects from blueprint to final handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets align seamlessly.
Oversee project health through clearly defined KPIs (25%), managing production, scheduling, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Establish the foundation for success by owning the launch process, cost controls, and vendor vetting (20%), making sure each job starts strong and stays efficient.
Support accurate reporting and forecasting (20%) by tracking billing, profit projections, and performance metrics alongside leadership.
Take charge of scheduling, manpower, and site visits (15%), ensuring quality, safety, and team collaboration are never compromised.
Build lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors (20%), championing our core values and bringing Construction Excellence to life with every interaction.
