Requirements

At least 3 years of project management experience in commercial or residential construction, with a proven ability to successfully manage construction projects from start to finish.
Build strong, lasting relationships through clear communication with clients, subcontractors, design professionals, and internal team members.
Balance multiple priorities while managing budgets, schedules, documentation, and project details with accuracy and efficiency.
Take a proactive approach to overcoming challenges, making sound decisions, and keeping projects moving forward.
Be comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience in Bluebeam, Procore, CMiC, or similar construction management software considered a plus.
Thrive in a collaborative environment where helping teammates, serving clients well, and building projects that strengthen our communities are just as important as delivering successful results.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, keeping work moving forward safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to keep projects aligned and communication clear.
Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, and financial performance to deliver successful outcomes.
Review plans, specifications, subcontractor proposals, RFIs, and submittmits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners by providing proactive communication and dependable leadership throughout each project.
Oversee permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements to keep projects progressing without unnecessary delays.
Guide Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams by providing direction, resolving challenges, and supporting successful project execution.
