Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Ground-up commercial or industrial construction experience required.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project financial management.
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing projects in the $10M-$50M range preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
- Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
- Manage RFIs, submittments, change orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor project profitability and financial performance.
- Conduct owner and team meetings.
- Collaborate closely with field operations teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
