Requirements

3-5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve issues and promote collaboration.
Support the Project Manager in managing change orders and contract negotiations.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
