At our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 plus years of B2B collections experience
• Previous skip tracing experience
• FDCPA knowledge
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Securing payments on accounts that are past due
