Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Operations, or a related role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Detail-oriented, especially with data entry, tracking, and documentation
  • Collaborative and team-focused, with the ability to work across departments
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities and addressing challenges

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or a similar industry preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, ensuring clear, timely communication
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular check-ins and proactive support
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and enhance product offerings
  • Lead and participate in account review meetings focused on solutions and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Executive Team on new client development and other opportunities
  • Review customer purchase orders with internal teams to ensure alignment with production capabilities and material availability
  • Maintain accurate order trackers, including status updates, changes, and shipment documentation (BOL, packing lists, CoA)
  • Coordinate closely with Operations to monitor production schedules and address potential disruptions
  • Keep production schedules updated and aligned with customer priorities
  • Communicate updates, challenges, and solutions clearly to clients
  • Partner with Leadership, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Support internal teams by clearly communicating customer expectations and priorities
  • Assist with resolving customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to service, communication, and processes
  • Develop a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities
  • Analyze customer trends, order patterns, and forecasting data to support planning and decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for SKU optimization and operational efficiencies
  • Support business initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and account growth
  • Mentor and support team members involved in account coordination
