This role serves as the primary in-person contact for Commercial clients, managing service requests from start to finish with a focus on responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support. The advisor will execute various Commercial servicing transactions, including onboarding, account maintenance, money movement, research, and problem resolution. They will also perform transaction error decisioning and basic Treasury servicing activities within established guidelines, applying sound judgment and escalating issues as needed. Maintaining clear and timely communication with clients and internal partners is crucial, as is building and deepening client relationships through reliable service and professional engagement. Additionally, the advisor will identify and refer expansion opportunities to appropriate partners while adhering to bank policies.
