About The Position
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility in Research Park. This is a full-time overnight position ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and prefer working independently.
Requirements
- Ability to work overnight hours consistently
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain commercial office spaces and facilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)
- Follow all safety and cleaning protocols
