Requirements
- 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- English proficiency is required.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The role requires standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Organize employee shifts, assign tasks, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Teach team members ServiceMaster’s standards, products, and procedures to maintain excellence.
- Conduct inspections, provide constructive feedback, and ensure tasks are completed to our high standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and concerns.
- Enforce safety and OSHA regulations to protect your team.
