This position is ideal for an experienced cleaner with strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to ensure high cleaning standards are consistently maintained. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time-management and communication abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform general commercial cleaning duties, including: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Restroom cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking
• Trash removal and floor care
• Conduct routine inspections and quality-control checks
• Cover employee absences and provide hands-on support when needed
• Train, coach, and support cleaning staff
• Communicate with management regarding staffing, supply needs, and site concerns
• Ensure facility is cleaned safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
• Maintain a professional and positive work environment
