About The Position
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking independent contractors who own janitorial businesses to fulfill client needs in the Loudon/Lenoir City areas. City Wide is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, providing janitorial and over 25 additional maintenance services. We aim to be a partner that saves clients time and solves problems.
Requirements
- Valid Business License
- General Liability insurance
- Worker's Compensation Insurance (if applicable)
- Federal EIN #
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- An already established business
- At least one employee or co-owner in addition to the business owner
Responsibilities
