About The Position

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network and seeking reliable cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under independent contractor agreements. This is not an employment position; providers operate as independent 1099 contractors and use their own methods, equipment, and schedules within the scope of each service agreement. Providers may perform general cleaning, floor care, restroom and common-area cleaning, minor facility upkeep, and other agreed tasks. They are responsible for their own tools, transportation, and supplies unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. The stated pay rate is $25 to $30 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality standards.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of a service visit.
• Dependable, self-directed work style consistent with independent contractor status.
• Providers are responsible for their own tools, transportation, and supplies unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Nice To Haves

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience, especially in commercial or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and stripping.
• Residential painting or industrial cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas.
• Provide floor care, including buffing, polishing, and stripping.
• Use the provider’s own cleaning equipment and supplies for commercial- or industrial-grade tasks.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas to hygiene and presentation standards.
• Perform minor facility upkeep tasks as scoped in the service agreement.
• Follow site safety protocols while performing services.
• Perform additional agreed-upon tasks, such as painting touch-ups or light repairs.
