About The Position

WSCO is seeking a reliable, independent Commercial Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of a K-8 school building. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating a safe, clean environment for students and staff and wants a consistent mid-day schedule.

Requirements

• Must possess a clear criminal background record.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for extended periods, as well as lift up to 55 lbs as needed during your shift.
• Exceptional attendance record, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Must have your own reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival.

Responsibilities

• Keeping offices, walkways, lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas presentable, safe, and sanitary.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, classrooms, and lobby spaces.
• Vacuum carpeted areas, sweep, and mop hard surface floors.
• Dust surfaces, fixtures, and furniture; clean interior glass and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility.
• Monitor and restock paper products, soap dispensers, and cleaning supplies.
