About The Position

Simply Clean is hiring multiple Commercial Cleaners for weekday assignments in the La Crosse and Onalaska area. These positions start part-time, with schedules varying by client account and potentially including daytime, evening, or overnight hours. Simply Clean will work to match qualified candidates with available assignments that fit their availability. New hires receive clear task lists, paid training, and the supplies and equipment needed for the work. Most work is completed independently, and additional hours may become available for dependable employees who consistently deliver quality.

Requirements

• Be reliable, show up as scheduled, and communicate promptly.
• Be detail-oriented and take pride in doing the job correctly.
• Be able to follow a task list and work independently.
• Be coachable, accept feedback, and correct issues quickly.
• Be physically able to remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Be able to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop hard-surface and carpeted floors.
• Dust work surfaces, furniture, and horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, fixtures, and floors.
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and interior glass surfaces.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Deep clean appliances such as refrigerators and stoves as assigned.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuums and floor machines.
• Follow building-specific task lists and cleaning schedules.
• Communicate promptly with management about site issues, supply needs, or client concerns.
• Follow company procedures for safety, door locks, timekeeping, uniforms, and attendance.
