This part-time, second-shift role offers a steady, stress-free, and highly predictable routine, ideal for those looking to supplement their income without sacrificing weekends. The position involves handling routine janitorial tasks to ensure clients' facilities stay safe, sanitized, and professional.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites in Midland.
• Strong time management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortably stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surface areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout assigned facility areas.
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and keep spaces organized.
• Restock essential items (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) and report low stock or maintenance needs to your supervisor.
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
