Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine physical cleaning tasks
- Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean offices, lobbies, hallways, and common areas
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard surface floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and work areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
- Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures
- Secure the building upon completion of assigned duties
