About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable and detail-oriented cleaners to deliver professional, high-quality cleaning services at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals seeking extra income or flexible scheduling, particularly for afternoon and evening shifts. The Coliseum is a busy, event-driven facility hosting a variety of functions, requiring flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work a variable schedule that often includes evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Team members play a critical role in ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. Modern technology is utilized for communication and performance tracking, requiring applicants to own a smartphone and be comfortable using it for daily responsibilities. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer overnight work and enjoy independent, hands-on tasks in a structured environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Proof of car insurance.
Strong attention to detail.

Own a smartphone and be comfortable using it for daily responsibilities (receiving updates, tracking tasks, communicating with supervisors).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the Coliseum.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
Cleaning and maintaining various spaces including foyers, hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, walkways, stairwells, and arena seating areas.
Emptying trash containers, replacing liners, and ensuring proper waste disposal.
Restocking cleaning supplies and restroom essentials.
Following safety procedures and company cleaning protocols.
Communicating any issues, supply needs, or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
