About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable and detail-oriented cleaners to deliver consistently spotless results at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Coliseum is a highly active, event-driven facility that hosts a wide variety of functions. Because the venue supports such a diverse range of events, the environment is fast-paced and constantly changing. Housekeeping team members must be flexible, reliable, and prepared to work a variable schedule that often includes evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Each event presents unique cleaning needs, and our team plays a critical role in ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming for guests at all times. Clean Team Inc. values individuals who can adapt quickly, maintain a positive attitude, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. In addition, we utilize modern technology to improve communication, efficiency, and performance tracking. All applicants must own a smartphone and feel comfortable using it as part of their daily responsibilities, including receiving updates, tracking tasks, and communicating with supervisors.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Possess a valid driver's license
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
Cleaning and maintaining a variety of spaces including foyers, hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, walkways, stairwells, and arena seating areas.
Emptying trash containers, replacing liners, and ensuring waste is disposed of properly.
Restocking cleaning supplies and restroom essentials.
Following safety procedures and company cleaning protocols.
Communicating any issues, supply needs, or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
