About The Position
Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our evening cleaning team in the Indianapolis area. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining clean and professional environments, and values consistency and reliability. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility by performing routine commercial cleaning tasks. Your work plays an important role in creating a positive environment for employees and visitors while ensuring the facility is ready for the next business day. Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
- Drug screening and customer-specific requirements may apply at certain locations
Nice To Haves
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned work areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Replenish paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management
