Requirements
- Proven ability to work autonomously, stay focused, and manage time efficiently during your shift.
- Exceptional thoroughness to ensure no task is overlooked.
- Ability to engage in continuous physical movement, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or residential cleaning is a plus, but not required-we provide full training to set you up for success!
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties across assigned commercial properties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and emptying waste bins.
- Disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, office areas, high-touch surfaces, and common spaces according to company standards.
- Safely handle cleaning solutions, maintain equipment responsibly, and notify management when inventory runs low.
- Inspect completed work areas to ensure all facilities meet our rigorous standards before finishing your shift.
