About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is expanding its overnight operations in Fenton and is searching for dedicated individuals to join their team as 3rd Shift Commercial Cleaning Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming and maintaining pristine corporate environments during off-peak hours, ensuring clients walk into an immaculate workplace every morning. This is a part-time, janitorial position with a steady overnight shift.

Requirements

• Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to working overnight hours.
• Sharp eye for detail and the ability to operate independently without direct supervision.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, reach, and lift moderate weight throughout the shift.
• Successful completion of standard pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and common work areas to ensure a healthy environment.
• Perform routines including dusting office equipment, wiping down glass panels, collecting trash, and replenishing essential paper supplies.
• Operate large floor scrubbers; vacuum carpeting, sweep, and mop hard floor surfaces using commercial-grade cleaning tools and industry-standard solutions.
• Follow daily task checklists accurately to uphold safety protocols and maintain the company's high standard of cleanliness.
