About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Coleman. This part-time role offers a stable gig to earn extra cash without giving up weekends, providing a steady, structured, and predictable routine. The position involves handling routine janitorial tasks to ensure clients' facilities stay safe, sanitized, and professional.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site in Coleman.
• Strong time management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortably stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surface areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout assigned facility areas.
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and keep spaces organized.
• Restock essential items (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) and report low stock or maintenance needs to your supervisor.
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
