Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess reliable personal transportation to and from assigned worksites.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, stay focused on tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a solid history of punctual attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is a bonus, but not required-we will train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down high-touch surfaces.
• Thoroughly clean, restock, and sanitize all restrooms to maintain proper hygiene standards.
• Empty waste bins, replace liners, and transport trash/recycling to designated disposal areas.
• Handle periodic deep-cleaning projects, window washing, and specialized floor care as directed.
• Keep cleaning supply closets organized, monitor inventory levels, and ensure all chemical cleaning agents are handled safely according to proper protocols.
• Secure client premises by turning off lights, locking doors, and setting alarm systems upon completing evening shifts.
