We manage facility maintenance for a wide range of properties - including offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial spaces - and are looking to partner with professionals who can deliver consistent, high-quality carpet care in active commercial environments. Requirements
- Already run (or are ready to run) a window washing business
- Show up on time, every time
- Care about quality, safety, and reputation
- Understand that consistency = long-term income
- Want steady commercial work without chasing customers
- Proven experience in commercial carpet cleaning (required)
- Knowledge of: Hot water extraction / steam cleaning, Low-moisture / encapsulation methods, Proper chemical use and stain treatment
- Professional-grade equipment (portable or truck-mounted systems)
- General liability insurance (required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to work in occupied commercial environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities
- Ability to provide clear reporting and documentation
- Upholstery or floor care capabilities (value-add)
Responsibilities
- Carpet inspections and condition assessments
- Deep cleaning (hot water extraction, low-moisture, or dry cleaning methods)
- Stain, spot, and odor removal
- High-traffic lane treatment and restoration
- Scheduled maintenance programs (monthly, quarterly, or as needed)
- Upholstery and related soft surface cleaning (as applicable)
- Daytime or after-hours service in occupied facilities
- Coordination with on-site staff and facility managers
- Documentation of completed work (photos, notes, reporting)
- Executing high-quality work, consistently
