Requirements

Proven experience in commercial carpet cleaning (required)
Knowledge of: Hot water extraction / steam cleaning, Low-moisture / encapsulation methods, Proper chemical use and stain treatment
Professional-grade equipment (portable or truck-mounted systems)
General liability insurance (required)
Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize
Strong communication and professionalism
Ability to work in occupied commercial environments
Already run (or are ready to run) a window washing business
Show up on time, every time
