Skillforce is seeking skilled and reliable Commercial Carpenters for projects in the Akron and Canton areas starting ASAP! Join a trusted name in commercial construction. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial carpentry construction
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must have basic hand tools and PPE
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Layout and install light and heavy-gauge metal stud framing
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Cut and fit metal materials as needed
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced crew
