The Commercial Card Business Analyst role is a client-facing position within the Payments Commercial Card team, supporting top Commercial Card clients. The analyst acts on behalf of the client across all areas of Commercial Card, providing support to both cardholders and Program Administrators. This role involves close interaction with Commercial Card Relationship Managers (RMs), including attending and leading client calls and potentially visiting clients at their locations. The Business Analyst, alongside the RM, is considered the client's primary contact within the organization. The position requires continuous analysis of client programs, identifying opportunities to reduce and improve process friction points, and implementing recommendations. The analyst will also assess key day-to-day metrics, ensure tasks are completed within specified SLAs, and drive issue resolution across internal cross-functional teams.
