Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of experience in financial services industry
  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with department-specific systems
  • Thorough knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
  • This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact between commercial banking customers and U.S. Bank.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships by providing exceptional customer support and service.
  • Research and resolve invoicing questions, account inquiries, and client concerns.
  • Process invoice adjustments, modifications, and related requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Navigate multiple systems and resources to investigate issues and identify solutions.
  • Work proactively to identify potential problems, compliance concerns, and customer needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
  • Identify products and services that may meet customer needs and support relationship growth.
  • Develop working knowledge of assigned business areas and client accounts through regular interaction and execution of departmental processes.
  • Manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality client experience.
  • Communicate primarily through email while also supporting phone interactions as needed.
