About The Position

This role involves providing advice to commercial clients on their day-to-day banking operations. The Commercial Banking Advisor will partner with Account Managers to identify, plan, and deliver solutions based on a strong understanding of client operational requirements. Additionally, the role includes participating in ongoing contact programs to build strong client relationships through consistent communication, value-added service, and meaningful advice.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role
  • Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and proven sales success
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred e.g. BBA, B. of Commerce or equivalent on-the-job learning

Responsibilities

  • Excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with advice for their day to day banking operations
