The Commercial Banker II position is responsible for identifying, soliciting, developing, managing, servicing, retaining, and growing long-term profitable commercial relationships for clients with $5MM to $100MM in annual sales. This role involves offering a full range of loan, deposit, and fee-based services to existing and prospective commercial clients. The banker will leverage industry and advisory teams to create an optimal client experience and refer business and personal financial needs through the appropriate channels according to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). This position is differentiated based on years of commercial banking experience, portfolio size, and overall potential in the role.
