About The Position

This role involves managing database information, processing endorsements and audits, preparing renewal marketing materials, and requesting premium finance quotes. The associate will also adhere to company procedures and insurance regulations, and assist with special projects such as contract, quote, and proposal reviews.

Requirements

Basic understanding of insurance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy and demonstrated ability
Math aptitude
State of residency Producer's License – can work toward this at hiring time
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one (1) years insurance experience – we are open to someone without experience
Working towards industry-approved designation – we will want this to start in the first year of employment

Responsibilities

Manage database including policy information and specification information
Order, check, and process endorsements and audit
Preparation of renewal information for renewal marketing
Policy checking
Premium Loss Resume Creation
Request premium finance quotes from the Accounting department and premium allocation as needed
Adhere to all Parker, Smith & Feek systems and procedures and insurance company regulations
Special projects as requested including but not limited to: Contract review, quote review, proposal review and updates
