About The Position

Commercial Area Attendants keep hotel lobbies and public facilities neat and clean, represent the hotel to guests, assist with guest needs, and complete daily duties and assigned projects in accordance with Hulsing Hotels principles, policies, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Know and comply with housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete department daily checklists and shift reports before the end of the assigned shift and submit them to the department manager.
• Clean atrium and recreation areas daily, including removing trash and debris, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting furniture and fixtures, and cleaning windows and glass.
• Frequently clean public restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean, replenish, and organize the pool area.
• Be professional, accommodating, helpful, and friendly in all guest interactions.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, protect confidential proprietary information, and safeguard company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
